The bar
We may be biased, but nothing beats taking time out to gaze at the sea with a drink in hand. A large G&T on a summer's evening, a coffee with friends, a couple of pints in the bar all year round — friendly dogs, children and grown-ups are all welcome.
Start with our own Flip Flop gin, distilled in Lymington with Hampshire plums and served with blackberries and Mediterranean tonic. Then there's a gin list from the Isle of Wight to Dorset, a cracking wine list, cocktails the team mix properly, and on tap:

In the bar when it's blowing, out on the terrace when it isn't. No tickets, no booking — just turn up, order at the bar and settle in for the sunset.
